Can't give Ben enough praise. He was able to sell my home for higher than asking, he did 2 private showings before the first open house, and we were in escrow before the first open house! I think most realtors® would not even do an open house since we were already in escrow, but Ben was there all afternoon on Sunday getting us backup offers. Trusted him so much that we even purchased our next home with him too! The cherry on top is that 6 months later, he emailed me the tax forms I would need for write-offs for tax season! Mahalo, Ben!
