It was a great experience to work with Ben Puccetti. I contacted the Hawaii Life office to get an agent to work with me to find a property and they assigned me to Ben. I had a chance to speak to Ben 1 month prior to my arrival to Honolulu and I gave him my "must have" list, "what's great to have" list, and my price point. He was very eager to help and showed me two properties through Zoom and got a sense of what was important to our family. I think it's important to find an agent that listened to what your family needs and does not find the top of the budget property to show you. Yes, we understand commissions are important but we feel like Ben actually wants to build a long-term relationship with his clients. That was our experience with Ben.
